friendly staffclean roommodern bathroom
staff were friendly and helpful. they showed us where to find main attractions. i had a room upgrade which was great. room was big and clean, also the bathroom was really nice and modern.
the street has a slight smell, maybe due to its location in the city. this was not pleasant when walking at night.

The staff at the hotel was very nice helpful. They offered good recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The room was super clean. it had a large, very comfortable bed. I also liked there was free coffee available in the lobby area.
The street had some homeless people hanging around. it smelled like urine sometimes. The room was not very soundproof. I could hear noises from other rooms and in the corridor.

The room was modern. there was daily cleaning service, though the single-glazed windows did little to block outside noise. thin walls meant i heard everything happening in adjacent rooms, which wasn't ideal. The area felt a bit unsafe at night.
